Blogging From Bed...

....at least an air mattress and my Mom's laptop. We came up to St. Louis today for my Dad's 55th birthday party. We are spending the night and Alexis and I have the air mattress in the living room. Ross and Isabel have the bed in the guest room.

The birthday party was good, the kids had a lot of fun playing. After supper, Dad, Ross, Tim and Tyler went to Bass Pro and Jaimee, Sarah, Mom and I all stayed here with the kids.

Alexis started getting a really bad runny nose today, and now it has turned into one nasty cold for her. She's pretty miserable right now. Poor thing, I hope this passes quickly for her. Ross stopped at Walgreen's and got her some medicine, I hope it helps dry up all the snot and watery eyes.

On another side note, she is grinding her teeth in her sleep. Any suggestions on her to get her to stop? It's like nails on a chalkboard for me every time she does it.

Another totally random piece of info, I'm going to become a consultant for My Thirty-One Gifts. I'm pretty stoked about it! I saw the new Spring line catalog for the first time tonight and I'm even more in love with the product than I was before. So cute, and functional! I would love to send you a catalog and have a party with you if you are interested. After I get started up and get my web page, I'll post the link for you to view my page with the catalog and all. I'm having a party on February 5th with my sister-in-law and that's when I'm signing up.

My next post will be my 400th! I'm going to do something fun I think. And maybe soon, after I get started up with My Thirty-One, I'll have some kind of giveaway! How cool would that be??

I was just telling my Mom tonight how much I miss blogging, if only there were more hours in the day....

I'm really going to make an effort to get my life more together than it has been recently. I've had a really hard time with Ross having a second job at Lowe's on the weekends and I'm only making myself and everyone around me miserable, so I'm just going to quit working myself up over it. It's not worth the stress and strain on my marriage and household anymore.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've done enough rambling for one night. I need to get some rest tonight if possible, I'm getting a massage in the morning! YAY!
