One of my Facebook friends posted this today:
"We learned yesterday that our baby girl has a birth defect called Anencephaly. Anencephaly is a neural tube defect where the top of the baby's head is open. The life expectancy for a baby with anencephaly is only a few hours, a few days at most. We will carry our sweet girl to term and cherish whatever time God gives us with her. Thank you all for your prayers and keep them coming!"
Please pray for them. She is currently 5 months pregnant. Thank you Ashley for agreeing to be there if she needs someone to talk to that completely understands her situation.

This is just terrible! But, you know our GOD is a BIG GOD and he can change this for this friend of you and her baby. Our Pastor and his wife was told that their second baby girl didn't not have a brain. I can't remember what the medical term is for this but they were told that the baby would die. They sent many prayers up and guess what.....their baby girl was born with a brain and is healthy.....that baby girl is now 15 years old. God does work miracles......I will be praying for your dear friend.
