About Me

Jessica: Missouri, United States; I'm from a small town in the Show Me State of Missouri. I'm a mother and a wife. My husband Ross and I have two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Isabel. They are the light of our lives! I love my family more than life. I work full time at a Walmart Distribution Center. I don't like being away from my girls, but for now I'm making the best of the situation. Ross and I are currently both working evening shift. I'm hoping one of us can get to day shift and then the girls won't need a full time sitter, just an hour or so each day during the overlap. My hearts desire is to one day get to be a stay at home mom! I like to blog about my family and the daily happenings of our life, and occasionally I'll throw in some other stuff too. Be prepared for lots of pictures of my kids! I'm just a little proud! Hope you enjoy taking a peek at my life. Follow along if you like!

My husband Ross and I started dating in December 2000 and married June 4, 2005. He is my best friend and he is a great husband and father. I look forward to growing old and gray with him!

Alexis is my sweet, stubborn, lovable, beautiful, 3½ year old daughter. She is full of energy and life. She gets smarter every day and amazes me with the things she picks up on so quickly. She adores Isabel, but pesters her like crazy sometimes! I guess that's a part of sibling love. She makes each day delightful and challenging.

Isabel is our baby, she just turned 1 in September, so I guess you can't really consider her a baby anymore. She has been walking since 11 months, so our days are full of her getting into mischief. She loves Alexis, but gets annoyed with her when Alexis is pestering her. She has quite the personality for someone who doesn't have any words to go with it yet! She understands everything we say to her and makes is very clear how she feels about things. She's quite the Daddy's girl and Ross loves that since Alexis is totally a Momma's girl. I love my girls so very much!
