Not Fat Friday

Okay, so I've got some BIG news this week...........I lost .2 pounds, yes, that's right, not even half of a pound.

Oh well, I'll do better this week.

I'm not going to offer any excuses other than to say, I did a little bit of emotional eating this week. That is my biggest struggle. Unlike the majority of people who don't eat when they are stressed, I seem to have the need to eat everything in sight.

So, I've now lost a total of 5.6 pounds, better than none at all! See ya next week!

You lost .2 and I gained .2! Ugh I was so mad. How is it that Sugar Booger lost 14lbs in the past month, and I've only managed to gain, lose, gain, lose?
